1. Vail, Colorado: This is a complex of three ski areas. Combined still performs in three different ski areas. The Back Bowls is 3017 hectares. The front is 1627 hectares. The smallest, Blue Sky Basin is 645 acres. An interesting place to ski with a decrease in performance to excite the most sophisticated tourists. The new Arrabelle Hotel Complex is opening this year. The popular Blue Moon restaurant is being renovated. This is an adult playground with skiing as much of it. If snow not fall there – they have a machine to make their own resorts as many do. According to tourists that the worst that can happen is that your phone service cell not work at times. Dream vacation for you. The slopes by day and night clubs.
2. Deer Valley, Utah: Ski in a total of six mountains. Bald Eagle Mountain, Baldy, Little Baldy Peak, Flagstaff Mountain, Bald Mountain and Empire. There are tracks for every skill level. The lifts have heaters in them. Take their appetite for Snow Park Lodge for a fabulous seafood buffet. So great is advisable to skip meals. This resort area is family friendly and there are some great package deals, some with discount tickets. Flagstaff Mountain is especially friendly to beginners. Offers courses for children. There are play areas with names like the cockpit of Quincy, Backyard Bucky and other attractive names. The kids will love.
3. Snow Mass, Colorado: This beautiful resort offers ski and snowboard lessons for all ages. There is Disabled lessons to learn adaptive skiing methods. The eight passenger gondola to the ski skiers in record time. Many tourists Luxury homes are renting instead of staying at a hotel in this area of luxury.
4. Whistler / Blackcomb, British Columbia: The complex comprises 8171 acres. Thousands of hectares of high ski slopes are available for skiers of intermediate ability. There is a charming European-style town of 10,000. During the high season Ski temporarily population reached 30,000. Blackcomb Mountain is unique. You can ski there in June and July. It is the only place in North America that has glacier skiing available to the public.
5. Park City, Utah: Mountains Wasach 32 miles from Salt Lake City with three ski resorts just minutes the city park. All the beautiful places with enough rooms to 12,000 visitors. Be sure to go to the Bad Ass Coffee Company for some quiet time and as an excellent coffee.
6. Breckenridge, Colorado: This beautiful place has ski lessons and private instruction. Recent innovations include a new gondola to go from the parking lot to the lifts. They have a party in honor of the Norse god of snow each year.
7. Aspen, Colorado: You could call this resort for experienced skiers. No tracks are designated for beginners. There is free bus service between the four mountains of Aspen. You can see a performance by Lyle Lovett at Opera House Wheeler or classical violinist Harris Concert Hall. Stop for coffee and breakfast on the main street bakery the locals. Should be a great meal.
8. Beaver Creek, Colorado: The complex is in a beautiful area. The gentle slopes of wind between the walls of the pines on each side. There are 180 new hectares open to skiers on the eastern edge of the mountain. The Allegria Spa at Park Hyatt Hotel is a high-end pampering salon. This is a resort luxury but packs in the Pines Lodge. Go to Red Tail Camp hamburger. An experience for all tourists.
9. Steamboat, Colorado: Resort exciting for college students on break. Snowboarding is very popular here. Be sure to visit the Thunder and Rendezvous to dine in luxury in the mountains. Book a stay of February 7 and February 11 can attend the "Steamboat Springs Winter Carnival. It is the oldest winter carnival west of Kansas.
10. Sun Valley, Idaho: Kids fifteen and under can stay in Sun Valley Company hotels for free when with a parent. An event is a skiing trip in the night ends at Galena Lodge for a five-course dinner.
